OpenNebula support is provided by an active community on a best-effort basis:

• The first resource to check is the documentation, make sure also to check the specific guides for the storage and virtualization solutions available in your cloud.

• The logs which OpenNebula generates can be a valuable resource when trying to diagnose a problem. You can easily activate them in $ONE_LOCATION/etc/oned.conf and $ONE_LOCATION/etc/defaultrc.

• The archives for the user mailing list are also a rich source of useful information. You can browse the archive at the mailing lists page. If you do not find an answer and you have subscribed to the mailing list you can ask about the problem (and please be specific) on there.

• You can also find help in the #opennebula IRC channel on Freenode.

• You can report bugs in the user mailing list or using OpenNebula dev.

• You may use the development portal to make feature requests.
